I'm a lover of Real Estate and Architecture! A little about me.... I attended Washington State University for 3 years and found becoming an architect required too much math! So I transferred to Warner Pacific University and obtained my degree in Education. I taught elementary school for two years then found out I had a larger love of real estate and got my real estate license in 1993. I have been selling and listing since!
Let me introduce you to my family! Chris and I have been married since 1989 and have two great kids-TWINS! Carson and Olivia graduated in 2021 from High School in Gig Harbor, WA. We raised our family in Seabrook from 2006-2018, and loved living & working in Seabrook and being a part of the town growth! We designed our home to have a carriage house rental unit and we had it in the Seabrook Cottage Rental Program for 10 years. It was almost completely hands-off for us and Seabrook did a great job taking care of it! Every now and then we'd get a call saying, "Darci, you need to buy new pots and pans-these are worn out!" or "Darci, can you buy another wine opener? Yours went AWOL!" That's life in the rental program! But, we loved it and we're very thankful for such a great program!
Today we live in Gig Harbor where Chris and I say it's like a grown-up Seabrook but with a Costco, Target & new hospital! We love the small town charm and the darling waterfront district. Gig Harbor is completely surrounded by gorgeous waterfront properties and beautiful rural settings, too. We live on two acres with a HUGE garden and have three dogs and our daughter has a Norwegian Fjord draft horse. We love the privacy of some land yet we're close to the waterfront and shopping. A girl's dream!
I look forward to meeting with you and showing you around town! Selling in exceptional waterfront communities has been my passion for over 32 years. My biggest reward is receiving referrals from past clients and also being their agent for life. Clients make the best friends, too!
Thanks for reading and I look forward to helping you sell or #findyourpearl! - Darci

For the past 30 years, I've worked in Washington State's foster care system. Now, I’m embarking on an exciting new chapter in real estate, fulfilling a dream I've nurtured for over 20 years. My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Studies and a Master’s in Education/Counseling. With decades of experience in the public sector, I’m excited to bring my skills to real estate, providing exceptional customer service and value to my clients—whether they're selling a home or purchasing one for the first time.
Here’s a little about my family: My amazing wife, Sundi, and I have six adult children, eight grandchildren, and three lovable Yorkies—all from the same litter. Their names are Kevin (“aka Kevin Bacon”), Doug (“aka Douglas MacArthur”), and Loops (“aka Loop Dawg”).
I’m passionate about the great outdoors, whether it’s enjoying the mountains, relaxing on warm sunny beaches, fly fishing, salmon fishing, or hiking. My faith in Jesus, along with my love and commitment to my wife and family, are central to who I am.

Before diving into real estate, I spent 15 years construction/management, 18 years in as a tech/management in telecom where I honed my skills in customer service, leadership, and problem-solving. These experiences have shaped me into the agent I am today – someone who truly listens, understands your needs, and works relentlessly to make your real estate goals a reality.
My career journey has given me a deep understanding of the importance of great service and building lasting relationships. Whether it’s providing guidance as a manager or helping clients through complex processes, my priority has always been the same: ensuring that people feel supported every step of the way. Now, as a real estate agent, I’m bringing this passion for customer service and my experience in leadership to my partnership with Darci, who has over 32 years of experience in the industry.
On a personal note, family is my everything. I’ve been married to my wonderful wife, Becky, for 33 years, and together we’ve raised three amazing children: a 30-year-old daughter and two sons, ages 28 and 27. We are also blessed with three beautiful grandchildren, with one more on the way! Becky and I love hiking, especially waterfall hikes, and cherish the time we spend exploring the outdoors.
Having lived and worked in the Pacific Northwest for over 22 years, I’ve developed a deep connection to the beautiful landscapes of Western Washington. Originally from San Diego, California, I fell in love with the natural beauty and close-knit communities of this region, and I’m proud to serve clients in this area. From the rolling hills to the stunning waterfront properties, I am passionate about helping people find their perfect place here.
Beyond real estate, I hold a bachelor’s degree in computer working and a master’s in psychology. My wife and I have also led youth groups for over 22 years and served as marriage mentors for 9 years. These experiences have further reinforced my belief in the power of relationships and understanding – key values I bring to my work in real estate.
Whether you're buying, selling, or just exploring the market, I’m here to guide you with care and professionalism. I look forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals and becoming your trusted advisor for life.
