From 2006 to 2018, Darci and her family lived in Seabrook, WA, where they designed a custom home with a carriage house rental unit. For 10 years, they participated in the Seabrook Cottage Rental Program, enjoying a seamless and rewarding rental experience while contributing to the town’s growth.
Today, Darci and Chris call Gig Harbor, WA, home—a place they lovingly describe as a "grown-up Seabrook" with small-town charm, a bustling waterfront district, and modern conveniences like Costco, Target, and a new hospital. They reside on two private acres with their two dogs and their daughter's Norwegian Fjord draft horse, savoring the perfect blend of rural tranquility and easy access to amenities.
Darci’s greatest professional joy comes from earning client referrals and building lifelong relationships, often turning her clients into close friends. She is passionate about helping others find their dream property and is eager to share her love for the Pacific Northwest’s stunning waterfront communities.

For the past 30 years, I've worked in Washington State's foster care system. Now, I’m embarking on an exciting new chapter in real estate, fulfilling a dream I've nurtured for over 20 years. My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Studies and a Master’s in Education/Counseling. With decades of experience in the public sector, I’m excited to bring my skills to real estate, providing exceptional customer service and value to my clients—whether they're selling a home or purchasing one for the first time.
Here’s a little about my family: My amazing wife, Sundi, and I have six adult children, eight grandchildren, and three lovable Yorkies—all from the same litter. Their names are Kevin (“aka Kevin Bacon”), Doug (“aka Douglas MacArthur”), and Loops (“aka Loop Dawg”).
I’m passionate about the great outdoors, whether it’s enjoying the mountains, relaxing on warm sunny beaches, fly fishing, salmon fishing, or hiking. My faith in Jesus, along with my love and commitment to my wife and family, are central to who I am.
