 We recently worked with Darci on selling our vacation home in Seabrook Washington. She guided us through the entire process, calming our nerves and letting us know we were in good hands. It started with her touring our house and letting us know what we should remove and what should stay. This gave us a clear path to getting the house ready for market. Because of her in-depth knowledge of the Seabrook market and her ties with realtors in the area we received and accepted a great offer before the house was even listed.

 When a few things came back on the inspection to get fixed, Darci took on negotiating with the buyer to come to a mutual agreement, again taking that weight off our shoulders.
